32 hours of required Texas Driver Education Classroom and 14 hours Behind-the-Wheel Lessons to earn your Texas Learner License and Texas Provisional Driver License.
This course is designed for the Texas Teen, ages 14 to 18 years old, who needs to complete the 46 hours of state required driver education. This course includes 32 hours of online Texas Driver Education Classroom, and 14 hours of Parent Taught Behind-the-Wheel Driving Lessons.
Students bypass the Texas DPS and take The Official State of Texas Driving Knowledge Test for free during the course. Students receive their Texas Driver Education Completion Certificate (DE-964) immediately after completing the first 6 hours of driver education classroom, and can apply for their Texas Learner License.
After completing the 32 hours of online Texas Driver Education Classroom and the 14 hours of Parent Taught Behind-the-Wheel Driving Lessons, a teen immediately receives their Texas Driver Education Completion Certificate (DE-964) needed to apply for their Texas Provisional Driver License.
This course if approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
